Features
1. The CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe - SWC630Z Series is suitable for machining ferrous-metal, non-ferrous metal or part non-metal components with carbide alloy or porcelain cutter, on the machine, cylindrical turning and boring, taping, surfacing, curving, slotting, threading as well as boring can be carried out roughly and finely.
2. The tailstock is of entire box shaped structure, shaft in quill uses high precision double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustable radial clearance, and the center is of flange locating structure for the cone to make the tailstock get good rigidity. The quill and tailstock are transmitted mechanically and clamped or released automatically, and they are fixed with a hydraulic measuring device.
3. The main drive is driven by D.C motor through a two step mechanism to reach speeds range for spindle.
4. The spindle of the headstock is through structure and supported by the high-precision double-row short cylindrical rolling bearings with adjustable radial clearance and has the best supporting diameter and span because of optimized design so as to improve its swiveling accuracy and static, dynamic rigid. The center is of short taper shank with flange structure to improve connecting rigid between center and spindle.
5. The carriage of the CNC lathe uses a hydrostatic guideway with constant flowing in transversal and longitudinal direction. The ball screw is used in transversal direction, for longitudinal ones, using hydrostatic worm rack transmitting pair or imported high precision double gear-rack transmitting pair processed by hardened and grinding in order to improve moving accuracy and stable transmission and transmitting efficiency.
6. The standard CNC system of the CNC lathe is Siemens 840D with German FAG spindle bearing. Other CNC systems can be selected by customers' requirements.
7. According to the customer's demands, the following can be provided: angle-dividing and feed for main spindle, grinding, cooling, tool presetting inside machine, work piece automatic measuring for parts size as well as hydrostatic steady rest.
8. The bed of the CNC lathe is of separate structure with work piece bed and carriage bed to make machine under the best condition of being forced so that deformation of the work piece bed will not affect the carriage ones and reduce vibration upon headstock and carriage, and improve machines' anti-vibration property and operational accuracy carriage bed guideway is fixed with extendable stainless steel cover or partial guidance board for work piece bed ones.
